Prakhar by LKC is a premium high-rise commercial development where HEET Group executed a sophisticated façade solution combining advanced curtain wall technology with conventional glazing methods. The project demanded a balance between modern architectural expression and long-term structural performance.
For this development, we implemented a hybrid façade system, integrating a capped curtain wall glazing method with conventional pasting method glazing and ACP cladding. This approach allowed us to achieve a sleek, contemporary elevation while ensuring efficient execution across a large façade area.
